TASK DESCRIPTION

We want to deprecate the puppet apache module and completely replace it with the httpd module.

This is an ongoing task in production.

When checking in openstack-browsers how many instances directly use the apache class itself (as opposed to roles like simplelamp/simplelap) we currently just get 1 result:

Let's convert this to the httpd module.
