CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
some part of WDQS puppet module is written in old puppet and also lacks type constraints. Also there's some separation of concern needed.
Following T206314, wdqs puppet module::updater should be refactored to make use of the new feature in scap::target which makes adding sudo rules to multiple services easier.
