Matroc added a comment. @LtPowers -- Thanks for answering question - Spanish and French Wikivoyage use the elephant image... I noted the change to the English Wikivoyage India banner as occurring in October of 2013 as well. @Jdlrobson -- Wikidata does have one property for banner.
