TASK DESCRIPTION

Due to Trusty no longer getting security updates in April 2-19 we will need to retire this instance (wikidata-dev/wikibase-lexeme) or update it.

It seems to me that we could probably just destroy this now? If not we will need to update, probably to stretch.
