TASK DESCRIPTION As user of the WikibaseLexeme API I want to be able to provide a custom summary alongside the automatic one while using the WikibaseLexeme API modules. Initially reported as T201836 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T201836> for one of the modules.
