@Nuria yes but here we're not talking about statistics and measuring errors. That can be done via logs. We're talking about triaging report of a single user that has a problem with specific query. Absent detailed error output, it's very hard for us to know what happened to that user. In that case - for that particular one error - user report with the trace is usually quite informative.
