TASK DESCRIPTION Once the migration to WikibaseCirrusSearch is done for Wikibase and all dependent extensions (WikibaseLexeme, WikibaseMediaInfo, others?), the hooks and the code that depend on CirrusSearch/ElasticSearch should be removed from Wikibase code base.
