TASK DESCRIPTION Right now we split the UA between users and spiders. As discovered in T217897 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T217897> the steady increase in ttl requests to the page likely all come from the WDQS updater. In order to be able to easily visualize this the UA should be explicitly tracked on the dashboard.
