TASK DESCRIPTION I just tried to run a query and got an error. The heading was "Unknown error" and the raw html of the error was shown, including the line `via cp4028 cp4028, Varnish XID 553640703<br>Error: 429, Too Many Requests at Thu, 06 Jun 2019 01:13:05 GMT` The service should understand the returned html to be a 429 error, and say that the error was due to too many requests, rather than saying it is unknown and showing the html itself.
