That sounds promising. We can try to wait for replication with a time out of 2 seconds. Yes we are doing this whole thing as a deferred update, so the user wouldn't wait. We have alreayd tested (@Ladsgroup and @alaa_wmde) few cases to confirm that it is happening due to race condition between replication and the multiple requests sent for different languages by old term box.
