Hi Halfak. I'm sorry that I didn't reply when you created this ticket. I was on vacation at that time. Also, now I'm on a tablet and can't perform any tests. As I explained when being asked about my ORES experiences, I currently don't have time to develop my ORC tool, and I don't remember the exact problems I had with it - but I didn't want to claim they were serious. Rather, I didn't have too much time back then as well, and when some problems turned up with ORES, I took the simple path of disabling ORES in the default settings of the tool that was used mainly by myself anyway. All I can tell by now, is that my original commit comment at https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:YMS/orc.js&diff=prev&oldid=17878115 was "Disable ORES scores by default, as loading them currently triggers a lot of 404s at http://ores.discovery.wmnet"; I don't remember any more details about these 404s. I also don't know if they still appear. If you are aware of any server issues at that time (March 2018) that are now fixed, the issue here is most likely solved. If you don't know what nature these 404s might have been of, it's up to you whether you want to keep the ticket open so I can possibly add some details later, or if you want to close it, as the problems probably are not relevant to anyone else, and I could open another ticket once I come back to ORC development and still face any ORES issues.
