IIRC it is a normal situation for a file on commons to have MediaInfo ID, but not to have any actual data. So I think Wikidata should be not issuing warnings in this case. If it's important to issue such warnings for Wikidata, config switch may be added whether to warn on missing data or not - for Wikidata it is highly abnormal, but for Commons it is routine.
