A common solution for this is a tiny anchor/chain icon next to the headline 
with the "permalink" for the thing the headline describes. Additionally the 
headline itself is typically linked. When you click it, "nothing" happens (in 
this case the `entity` URI redirects back to the `wiki` URI).F29070:
