TASK DESCRIPTION Recently, the Primary sources tool <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Primary_sources_tool> encountered some issues. (report <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Contact_the_development_team#Primary_Sources_tool_down>) The talk page on Wikidata doesn't show a lot of activity or a clear overview of who's maintaining the tool. I contacted both Marco Fossati and Sebastian Schaffert, who have been involved in the development at some point, but both declared not being involved anymore and pointed me to each other. Are there other people maintaining the tool that I'm not aware of? Should we consider this tool as 'orphan' and what's the process in that case?
