TASK DESCRIPTION On some Wikidata items, there is constraint violation appearing "Commons link should exist." for link that *do* exists. The problem exists apparently only for property P1612 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/P1612>: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q36698440#P1612 https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3329511#P1612 Maybe it's coming from the "Institution" prefix? (which is strange because in most cases it's not problem and it's supposedly taken into account qv. T237920 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T237920> ) Ping @Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE any idea?
