I'm just looking for the tags created for the consumer (from that I can figure out the OAuth CID). Wikidata has only two, one for PAWS 1.0 and then 1.2: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Tags. It seems most wikis have just 1.2. I don't know how the token translates to the OAuth CID. If you're unsure, I'll go with just `OAuth CID: 429` and `OAuth CID: 351` as originally requested.
