TASK DESCRIPTION It is necessary to review the appearance of the loading bar under the light of the "wikimedia-ui-base.less" variables, since this document is the closest we have to a main source of truth. Some detected improvements: 1. Box shadow: The current box-shadow applied to the loading bar in the Shared Components' Library (box-shadow: 0 2px 0 0 rgba( 0, 0, 0, 0.15 );) does not match any of the values defined by the "wikimedia-ui-base.less" file (See Shadows section <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Od9m25uBMMmbPirazvwYQl8QVyx0FSm0Eo0jIMj4_no/edit#gid=1434408833&range=350:350> in the Variables file).
