TASK DESCRIPTION At the moment, the various wdqs servers are explicitly listed in the scap configuration <https://github.com/wikimedia/wikidata-query-deploy/tree/master/scap>. This is problematic as when new servers are added, we tend to forget to update that list. There is probably a way to replace this list with a cumin query or an existing DSH group.
