TASK DESCRIPTION
We've been warned that RDF implementations tend to not like being dynamically
updated. Wikidata is very dynamically updated. We need to know how BlazeGraph
performs both and without inference while being updated under wikidata like
load. Currently wikidata has a "normal" update frequency of about an update
very two seconds and a bursty frequency of 50 updates a second. Each bot's
rate limit is something like 30 updates a second. We wouldn't force updating
the graph in absolutely real time - we'd buffer changes, doing some merging of
updates to the same vertexes. In any case, this might amount to lots of
updates. We should figure out what kind of sustained write rate is OK.

Also, BlazeGraph probably has difference write rates based on its disk
storage which I think is different if using HA.
