TASK DESCRIPTION As a wdqs user I would like to query any WMF wikis linked from wikidata using the `mwapi` sparql service so that I can join data from such wiki with the wikidata graph. The configuration is located in the `query/wikidata/deploy` project in the `mwservices.json` config file.
