TASK DESCRIPTION After having removed the entry point and then restored it (see change https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Wikibase/+/618721) as an empty file and back-ported because that broke the Federated Properties test system (T259782 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T259782>) we realised that, even though it is not a common or standard practice, some third party Wikibases may end up breaking. This file needs to be removed again after communicating the change and giving a time for third party installations to adapt.
