TASK DESCRIPTION As a user of WDQS, I want my simpler truthy queries to not be impacted by the load of more complex fully reified queries. As an operator of WDQS, I want to extract simpler use cases so that I can have an easier time to make those use cases stable and performant. This task involves evaluating how to setup a different endpoint, how to update it and how to manage it. It does not involve implementation.
