TASK DESCRIPTION
The error "According to SiteLinkLookup {item} is linked to {site}, but the
link does not exist." seems to both happen with some stable background rate and
also sometimes in spikes. The most recent spike happend on 2020-10-13 (see
logstash)

From looking at the history of some involved items, it seems that this was
often (though not always) triggered by merging items with sitelinks into other
items (with sitelinks). Then the error occurs on the remaining item for the
sitelinks on the deleted item. This is probably caused by the job for purging
some cache being slow.
There seems to be some user impact: In the time until the cache is purged, no
site links seem to be visible on the article. Though this fixes itself once the
job purging the cache ran.

**Ideas for next steps**
1. Get an idea for how long the time between the original change and the
cache (replica?) update can be in which the user sees no or not all sitelinks
2. Get a product decision for how important of an issue that is to fix
(probably depends on the above)
3. Try to fix it with the knowledge that it is probably caused by some cache
(or replica?) not yet being up-to-date for a recently added sitelink
- this //could// take the form of adding the other sitelinks anyway, even
though the current sitelink seemingly doesn't exist there
