TASK DESCRIPTION I watched a user [[https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&profile=advanced&search=source&fulltext=Search&ns120=1&profile=advanced&uselang=en|search "source"]] and she was very confused by «Did you mean: sources» (actually «Forse cercavi: sources» + «Crea la pagina "Source" su questo wiki! Vedi anche i risultati della ricerca»; the red link to [[source]] doesn't help). She ended up clicking the new suggestion, thinking it an error, but the new search was worse than the previous one. It might be wise to disable the "did you mean" and "you can create" parts when some results were found, especially if there is an exact match in label, description or alias. Suggestions are tailored for page titles, which Wikidata doesn't use.
