FWIW I tried this locally and was not positive it did actually succeed: 1. Set the `$wgwgMFCollapseSectionsByDefault` flag to `true` 2. "Expanding all section" option was off My main page includes a section, and that section was expanded - as a default, but I would expect it to be collapsed.
