TASK DESCRIPTION Feedback from Google subsetting team: [ ] Perhaps 512 is not enough partitions for the new munger (as the loads timeout?) TBA ticket with stacktrace. Can we make this partition number magic? [ ] Don't use wget in the posts, use curl instead (so wget doesn't need to be installed [ ] `gsutil config -b` needed before sending data to a bucket?
