TASK DESCRIPTION Currently the plan here is to run multiple exports using Wikidata and PHP. Exports we should try: 1. One that is similar to Wikidata Toolkit where values and statements are expanded into vertexes. 2. One that is fully RDR-ified where statements about statements are done in RDR. Statement about values are represented with RDR. For statements about the values on qualifiers this means two layers of RDR. 3. Just truthy "best rank" statements. The plan is to compare the performance of these three for querying and loading. We want to know if #3 needs to be loaded at all - it might be that its fast enough just to use #1 or #2 and filter on the data. Other things we should test?
