TASK DESCRIPTION
As an operator of WDQS, I want to know the status of the service, so that I
can react in a timely manner in case of issues.
We need to replicate the kind of metrics and alerting that we have related to
the current updater. Either the current metrics / alerts are still working, or
they need to be adapted, or we decide that they are not relevant anymore.
AC:
- Alerts are raised on high update lag (with similar threshold as currently).
- Relevant metrics in the WDQS Grafana dashboard are still working or adapted
to the new updater. In particular:
- lag
- imported triple rate
- imported entity rate
