TASK DESCRIPTION
@MisterSynergy started running a bot task on Wikidata today that protects
high visibility items on Wikidata. The changes in protection levels appear on
English Wikipedia watchlists (and presumably also in other languages) e.g., as:

  "(diff | hist) . . Dm Template:Cite Q/testcases (Q6654); 18:04 . . MsynABot
(talk | contribs) (Protected "Q6654": Highly used item: to be indefinitely
semi-protected per Wikidata:Page protection policy#Highly used items; please
use Template:Edit request on the item talk page if you cannot edit this item
([Edit=Allow only autoconfirmed users] (indefinite)))"

I'm not sure that such notices are relevant on enwp, since they don't change
the content of the articles that are affected, and they could be confused with
protection of the articles themselves. Should these notices appear, or could
they be suppressed?
