I don't know much about the extension, but from the stack trace and looking at the code it seems that the `selected.suggester` event is returning null for its second item in a certain case. I'd be looking at where the selected.suggester event is triggered to work out why that might be true and work back from that assumption. I'd also be scrutinizing these two gadgets https://global-search.toolforge.org/?q=selected.suggester®ex=1&namespaces=&title=.*js which seem to duplicate this code for some reason as possible sources.
