A Wikisource (and I guess other Wikis with a subpage structure, maybe Wikibooks?) wish: allow a parent page to apply something like `__EXPECTED_UNCONNECTED_CHILDREN__` to apply (by default) to all subpages. It would be a real pain to need to add `__EXPECTED_UNCONNECTED_PAGE__` to all chapters of a book. Bonus points: also allow the subpages to set `__EXPECTED_CONNECTED_PAGE__` to override that interdiction if needed.
