You can build queries without having to write SPARQL in the new Query Builder <https://query-builder-test.toolforge.org/>." **BDD** GIVEN a user opening the Query Service WHEN the user is viewing the main page THEN a banner informing about the new Query Builder will be visible on top AND it can be closed by clicking on the ‘X’ icon **Acceptance criteria:** - Links open in new tab - Once dismissed the banner is not shown again to the user **Notes:** - We've done similar things in the past to recruit users for a survey. Might be worth looking at that code again.
