TASK DESCRIPTION As a Wikidata editor when I want to add a value for a property that has the data type **item** (e.g. property constraint P2302 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/P2302>), I want the entity suggester analog to show me all the options for items defined in that property constraint. **Problem:** As described at Help:Property constraints portal/Entity suggestions from constraint definitions <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Help:Property_constraints_portal/Entity_suggestions_from_constraint_definitions>, this does not work in some cases.
