Please keep in mind that T274261 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T274261> "(optional) the popover should be responsive to prevent making the screen scroll" was only marked as "low priority" and "optional" in the context of the Query builder hike, where the priority of this task was assessed in comparison to that of the main MVP's features. When providing a list of design system tasks to be tackled before release, I kept in mind what I think is more important: trying not to propagate known issues into future hikes. This makes the priority of that task medium to high, in the context of the DS.
