Oddly, it seems that the autonym is irrelevant for Wikidata. Wikidata makes uses primarily of the English name of a language and name, depending on user preferences, the language name in other interface language. Accordingly, questions about autonyms should probably only be in a "monitoring" column, maybe "monitoring (autonym)". #mediawiki-internationalization <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/mediawiki-internationalization/> or #i18n <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/i18n/> may be the primary projects for these.
