TASK DESCRIPTION A typical scenario on Commons: a vandal removes a claim then a bot adds the same claim again. Instead of simple "no changes" some strange comparison is shown, e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File%3AAlyssa_Miller_2013_TIFF.jpg&type=revision&diff=517461919&oldid=482524761. This is very annoying and seems to be counterintuitive.
