TASK DESCRIPTION In order to enable WiKit component implementers to specify error and warning validation messages for the textarea component, the "validateable" composition needs to be added to it. The specifications for these error and warning states can be found on figma <https://www.figma.com/file/gi3JYwSUQYhKS0mHwK25cQwi/WiKit>.
