This ticket was about fixing the English name, the code itself was requested by @Eugene233 in T263946 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T263946>. Since that ticket calls it "Pidgin (Cameroon)", it's probably fine to use that. It can always be changed later. The autonyms are not supposed to be used anywhere in the Wikidata interface anyway.
