TASK DESCRIPTION Staging deployments should be made to the `mismatch-finder-staging` tool's account on toolforge. They will be very similar to production deployments, but the initial sync to toolforge should be made to a directory that is separate from the `mismatch-finder-repo` one used for production. Staging deployments should be triggered by commits to any branch that is prefixed with `staging/`.
