TASK DESCRIPTION Could the Wikidata software support monolingual text in Middle High German <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_High_German>, with `gmh` as ISO 639 code <https://iso639-3.sil.org/code/gmh>? For example, the Wikidata statement Ursula von Rambach → father → Otto von Rambach <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q109613077#P22> has a reference with a quotation. Currently, the language of this quotation had to be mis-tagged as `de`/German. Actually, the quote is in `gmh`/Middle High German, but the current Wikidata software does not allow entering monolingual text in language `gmh`.
