What you are suggesting has two impacts: - It changes the row values from O to C. That's good and safe. - It enables dispatching. The RC part is disabled so that's safe but parsercache stuff might put pressure on the system. We recently removed a lot of useless parsing so I think we are generally safe there but something to keep an eye on.
