TASK DESCRIPTION As a WCQS maintainer I want only SDC related revisions to be processed by the streaming updater, so that we won't handle events that will not change the state of WCQS. Since T293195 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T293195> was merged, we can now use the information added in that ticket to events to filter out only the events that make sense for us to process, i.e. ones that modify mediainfo MCR slot.
