I think we can close this. An initial approach was merged in T301145: new-lexeme-page repo: Setup Wikit <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T301145>, using a vue3compat build of Wikit with the Vue 3 migration build. In the slightly longer term (currently being worked on in the Wikit `next` branch), we plan to create a proper Vue 3 version of Wikit (though it might only have a subset of the components), and use that instead.
