TASK DESCRIPTION The current installation instructions in the WikibaseLexeme readme file are outadetd and cluttered with redundant instructions. In order to make onboarding easier, and make sure our development instructions are up to date, these installation instructions should be updated. A/C: [ ] References to installation instructions of other extension are removed and replaced with a link to those extension's own README files. [ ] Installation instructions for WikibaseLexeme itself are updated, and also linked to the canonacial MediaWiki.org instructions for users who are not interested in developing the extension.
