Deployed; we should start to see the impact over the coming days and weeks, as cebwiki pages gradually get reparsed and have their usage tracking updated. Since we can’t expect that to happen organically for all pages, at some point we’ll want to actively purge them. We could use the script <https://github.com/lucaswerkmeister/purge-other-usages> I prepared for T296383 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T296383>; alternatively (or in addition), we could trigger a recursive purge for {{paghimo ni bot}} <https://ceb.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantilya:Paghimo_ni_bot> via the API, which should effectively purge most pages on the wiki (it has 5½ million transclusions).
