TASK DESCRIPTION **Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable): - Load https://www.wikidata.org/?useskin=minerva - Scroll to the bottom - **What happens?**: The footer scrolls horizontally. **What should have happened instead?**: The text should wrap if it doesn't fit. **Software version** (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): **Other information** (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.): Screenshot when the browser is wide. The text scrolls sideways despite having more horizontal width available.
