[Wikidata-bugs] [Maniphest] T322681: Required fields on Special:NewLexeme should be marked as such in html

  All four inputs are marked as `aria-required="true"`, as far as I can tell. 
This should make the inputs required for accessibility purposes, without 
pulling in the special browser behavior that the non-ARIA `required` attribute 
adds (which we don’t want).
