TASK DESCRIPTION Per T325084 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T325084>, the RL module `wikibase.common` has been replaced by `wikibase.alltargets` + `wikibase.desktop` (and, especially once T328150 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T328150> is done, some callers can drop `wikibase.desktop` and only need `wikibase.alltargets`). We should remove `wikibase.common` from Wikibase once we can. (Note that all the files included in the module are also part of one of the two replacement modules, so we’re not deleting any CSS/LESS files: only the definition of the `wikibase.common` module itself.) This is blocked at least until ca. the middle of March 2023: until then, the parser cache will contain cached parser output that still references `wikibase.common`. Once we drop `wikibase.common`, it’s probably a good idea to announce it as a risky change on that week’s train blockers task. (The mitigation should be simple enough: revert the Gerrit change that dropped the module definition.)
