TASK DESCRIPTION https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikidata_Query_Service/User_Manual/SPARQL_Federation_endpoints lists the AGROVOC endpoint as http://agrovoc.uniroma2.it:3030/agrovoc/sparql Using that in a query does not work (example <https://query.wikidata.org/#select%20*%20%7B%20service%20%3Chttp:%2F%2Fagrovoc.uniroma2.it:3030%2Fagrovoc%2Fsparql%3E%20%7B%20select%20*%20%7B%20?s%20?p%20?v%20%7D%20limit%201%20%7D%20%7D>), it gives a 403 Forbidden error. AGROVOC still has a SPARQL service, at https://agrovoc.uniroma2.it/sparql/ and looking at the network requests, it appears to be posting the query to the same URL. That URL is not allowed though (example <https://query.wikidata.org/#select%20*%20%7B%20service%20%3Chttps:%2F%2Fagrovoc.uniroma2.it%2Fsparql%2F%3E%20%7B%20select%20*%20%7B%20?s%20?p%20?v%20%7D%20limit%201%20%7D%20%7D>) so it seems the endpoint URL needs updating.
