TASK DESCRIPTION In T298001: Wikidata claims editor is broken after December 2021 update on non-ES6 browsers <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T298001> we decided for a workaround to deal with tainted references breaking IE 11. Now that we support ES6 by default (T178356 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T178356>), we can undo that workaround and make tainted references a proper ResourceLoader dependency again.
